Some phones are sent to our state of the art refurbishment plant in Shenzhen, China. Here an incredibly detailed, forensic refurbishment of every part of the device is undertaken. Our testing process is rigorous and consists of 68 different checks. For a phone to reach the grading stage, it must pass every one of these tests with flying colours.
Grade A: Forensically refurbished devices that are as good as new in looks and performance. The phone has no signs of wear. The phone is unlocked, fully tested, and works like new. Phone is supplied with Warranty.
Grade B: The phone may have very light signs of wear, such as tiny scratches, but no obvious marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested and works like new. Phone is supplied with Warranty.
Grade C: The phone will have small visible signs of wear from normal everyday use, such as scratches, dents, or other marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested, and works like new. Phone is supplied with Warranty.
